An entire line of "small caps"
Since all of the words on the first and last lines are the same size, we cannot tell whether they should be in small-caps, and leave them untapped, as though it's just a font-size change. For the same reason, we ignore the larger numbers in the first line.
Copyright Pages
The Copyright Page is "front matter", so enclose it in no-wraps. It's a Major Division, so precede the no-wraps with four blank lines. You may leave either one or two blank lines between the top and bottom parts. For more details, see the following Examples:
- Front Matter example 00A (Overview of Front Matter)
- Chapters example 00A (Overview of Major Divisions)
