All caps and numbers
Since all of the words on the first and last lines are the same size, we cannot tell whether they should be in small-caps, and leave them untapped, as though it's just a font-size change. For the same reason, we ignore the larger numbers in the first line.
Copyright pages
The Copyright Page is "front matter", so enclose it in no-wraps. It's a Major Division, so precede the no-wraps with four blank lines. You may leave either one or two blank lines between the top and bottom parts. For more details, see the Examples on Front Matter and Chapters.
