Letters
Continuation of a letter. Even though it's in the same font size as the regular text and has the same margins, the Project Comments specified that letters should be in Block Quotes. So, enclose all of it, including the signature (which also needs to be in no-wrap, because it's right-justified), in Block Quotes.
For more information on formatting letters, see the sections on Correspondence and Signatures.
